Brighton Speedway has once again committed to suporting the Quinte West Adopt-A-Child program. This year we have chosen to support two children; a young boy size 6X and a young girl size 5. If you wish to help us in supporting these children we will be collecting donations at the upcoming Rules Meeting Saturday, November 7th or at the Speedway Office until the end of November. 
The Adopt-A-Child Program supports single income or no income families in need of assistance with fitting children with indoor children for those ages newborn to 13 years. Typical items would include pants, tops, pj's, socks and underwear. This program runs in conjunction with the Kinsmen Toy Drive and the Quinte West Fire Department Coats for Kids Program.
Last year over 1500 children received gifts and this year the numbers are anticipated to be the same. To adopt a child you can call the office at 613.392.1237 and receive information on the child you will be helping (ie. name, age, size & what they need) or you can bring in a donation and the shopping and wrapping will be done on your behalf.
