2010 Pit Parking Policy

Management has chosen to restrict pit parking spots in the 2010 season and charge $50.00 for the premier spots as indicate below. 

The North Pits

·         There are only 21 Pit Spots Available

·         Canadian Modified and Pro Stock Drivers have from Saturday, May 1^st at 9:00 am until end of Sunday, May 2^nd to purchase their spot on a first come first serve basis.

·         As of Monday, May 3^rd if there are spots available they will become open to Comp 4 drivers

·         Enclosed trailers are restricted to the area between the grandstands and the pit canteen as assigned by the Speedway

The South Pits

·         The first 12 pits spots  will be reserved for Pro Late Models for a charge of $50.00

·         Late Model Drivers have from Saturday, May 1^st at 9:00 am until end of Sunday, May 2^nd to purchase their spot

·         As of Monday, May 3^rd if there are spots available they will become open to Comp 4 drivers

·         Late Model spots are guaranteed for the month of May, after that only on nights they are scheduled to race will their spot be held for them.  Should a late model driver arrive late on a race night that does not include their division their pit spot is not guaranteed to be available and they will have to park further to the south of the pits.

Everything below the Late Models

·         Is available on a first come first basis on May 1^st  

·         Management restricts the right to move pit spots at their discretion, including when touring and out of town cars are present

·         Brighton Speedway retains ownership of the pit parking spot and may eject any driver or crew who's conduct is disrespectful or disorderly

·         Drivers must be registered in order to be eligible to purchase a pit spot

·         Each pit parking spot purchased will have a one Pit Parking Sign that is designed and provided by BSP.

·         Other drivers in the south end can purchase these uniform Pit Parking Signs for $15.00, orders to be placed at the Speedway Office prior to May 3rd.

·         Drivers will have an opportunity to work with us to earn back $25.00 by the end of the season by hoisting a 36 x 72 inch Canadian flag 12 feet in the air on the L/H side of your trailer every week. These flags are available in the pit booth for the value of $10.00. We are excited about the prospect of fans looking over from the grandstands to see a row of Canadian flags.  This image will leave a lasting impression about our support of our country and our troops.

·         Remember you are not required to purchase a pit spot, all spots south of the Late Models will be free of charge and open to any driver in any class.

·         There will be no official clean up day this season however we will be here all day on the 24th and 25th if anyone is interested in helping out we would greatly appreciate your assistance.
